We at Ger Gavin Home Interiors Ltd want to ensure that your shopping experience with us both online and in-store is as user friendly as possible. We have outlined below our terms and conditions of purchase using a list of useful headings. We have designed our website to ensure that your online shopping experience is both easy to navigate and user friendly. We welcome any feedback you might have with regard to our website at sales@gergavin.com.


We take every care to ensure that product descriptions are accurate at the time of uploading products to the website. We reserve the right to withdraw any product from the website without any prior notification. We also reserve the right to amend prices of products without prior notification.

Our products are priced in Euro. All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT.


We offer a comprehensive nationwide delivery service. We aim to deliver all orders as quickly as possible.

  • €49 delivery on orders under €899
  • €99 delivery to Wexford, Mayo, Sligo Donegal, and the North of Ireland
  • €9.99 on Home Accessories, Bedlinen, Curtains, Blinds, Rugs and Wall Art (items under 30kg)
Please note that our Parcel delivery provider are not obliged to call the customer in advance. We will provide you with an email with your tracking number.
NOTE: Light assembly may be required for some items.

Please wait to be informed by a member of our customer service team before proceeding to your selected location. We will inform you when your order is ready for collection. the collection location and the time you may collect your order.

Any faulty or damaged product should be notified to us as soon as possible following delivery and no later than 3 days after delivery. Please notify us by email to sales@gergavin.com.If you are reporting a faulty or damaged product by email, please include photos of the damaged or faulty product. We reserve the right to carry out a further inspection of the product, if deemed necessary. If a product is faulty we ask that you do not use the product for your own safety.

Once reported to us, if the product is faulty or damaged, our staff will discuss with you the most appropriate means of redress in the circumstances. Each case will be dealt with on an individual basis. We will endeavour to repair or replace a damaged item as soon as possible.

Please note that a full refund will not be available where the damage to the product is minor in nature and you ought reasonably to have been aware of the damage on inspection of the product either at the time of delivery or shortly thereafter. From time to time, a product specification from the manufacture may change, in which case in the event of replacement we will do our best to offer you a substitute product of similar or better quality then the faulty item being returned.


We are happy to accept items as returns when purchased in-store within 14 days of purchase date provided you have your proof or purchase and the returned goods are in a saleable condition, in their original packaging and have not been used or damaged. Goods will have to be returned to our warehouse by appointment only and will also be subject to a 20% restocking charge.

Made to measure or bespoke items may be returned in exceptional circumstances (please see below).

Should we accept your returned item we will issue you with a Credit Note. Please note we do not offer cash refunds.


If you purchase an item from us online, you may return the item, cancel the contract prior to delivery or cancel the contract within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the returned goods are in a saleable condition, in their original packaging and have not been used or damaged. Goods will have to be returned to our warehouse by appointment only and will also be subject to a 20% restocking charge. Special order, made to measure or bespoke items may be returned in exceptional circumstances (please see below). To make a return please advise us by sending an email with your order number to sales@gergavin.com.

You will however be responsible for any postage / courier charges to return the item. 

Please ensure to use appropriate packaging as only items that reach us in perfect condition will be accepted as returns. Once the item has been returned we will review it and once approved, your account will be credited. Please allow 28 days for the money to be refunded to your account.


Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted, which is normally within 24 hours.

Personal information provided during the order and registration process as a gergavin.com customer should be true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. If any information changes, please contact our customer sales team at sales@gergavin.com or update your online account details accordingly.


We are the owner or the licensee as the case may be of all intellectual property rights in our website and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved by us or the appropriate owner.

You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our website for your personal and non-commercial reference and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation to material posted on our website.

You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.

Our status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors or licensees of material on our website must always be acknowledged.

You must not use any part of the materials on our website for commercial purposes without obtaining a written licence to do so from us or our licensors.

You agree to indemnify us and keep us indemnified, each of our related entities and other persons involved in the creation and operation of this website from any and all damages, losses, penalties, fines, expenses and costs (including legal costs) which arise out of or relate to your use of this website, any information that you provide via this website or any damage that you may cause to this website. This indemnification includes, without limitation, liability relating to copyright infringement, defamation, invasion of privacy and trade mark infringement. The Irish courts will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to our website although we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these conditions in your country of residence or any other relevant country. These Terms are governed by Irish law.


  1. According to the Irish law, you as a customer has the right to 12 months complaint rights.
  2. Complaint rights for our products are 12 months.
  3. If you buy an item/product from us and a manufacturing defect has been detected, you have by law right up to 12 months complaint rights.
